Great news! Just a few minutes ago, the New Mexico Senate passed HB 572, my solar financing bill, unanimously on a vote of 35-0. The bill can be found HERE.
The bill now goes to the Governor.

I would just like to say thank you for putting this forward. People don't realize yet what a large impact this will have at making solar accessible to all. I've been following this in CA for the past year and am ready to spread the word and have a system installed once the Guv signs the bill and the counties decide how to act.
