Session Almost Underway

There are less than 24 hours to go before the 49th Legislature of New Mexico convenes in Santa Fe.  The pace has been fast for the last week, and it's only going to get faster.

I've got several bills lined up, including two to give surface owners and counties greater protections when oil and gas exploration comes to their area.
